About Bonnie Condor

Born and raised in a small town in western Pennsylvania, Bonnie completed a Bachelor of Science and Masters Degree in Business Education. In 1989, she was drawn to the beautiful sunshine state of Florida and worked in education with youth as both a high school teacher and an On-the-Job Training Coordinator.

In addition to teaching business and computer courses, Bonnie enjoyed working to make a difference in the lives of students with taking on many different roles including mentor for student scholarships, Future Business Leaders of America club Advisor, Dance coach, as well as organizing yearly trips with business centered itineraries in major US cities as one of the Business Academy Lead Teachers. Education brought much joy.

Upon retirement from education, Bonnie is now dedicating her time and energy to helping home buyers find a beautiful home in many different communities in Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, or Venice. The Sunshine State Company and working with Adam Hancock allows me to help anyone relocating to Florida find a beautiful community and home. Having lived here for 35 years, Bonnie knows the area well, including the school districts. It is an honor and privilege to serve you as you relocate.
