Dave lives in Esplanade at Azario, in Lakewood Ranch, and loves living the Florida lifestyle. An avid fisherman, spear fisherman, and scuba diver, Dave spends as much time as possible enjoying the Gulf.

Dave’s clients are typically from out of state, and usually are interested in new construction. The most popular areas David works in include Lakewood Ranch, Palmetto, Parrish, and Wellen Park. His knowledge of new construction and the local communities will make your journey enjoyable instead of stressful.

When not working or fishing, David is the published author of 15 novels. (Penguin Books, Post Hill Press, Permuted Press) His thrillers include military-espionage, crime, horror and science fiction. Dave is also a chef and oenophile. In a perfect world, Dave will catch a fish, and take it home to prepare a gourmet meal for family and friends – paired with the perfect wine, of course.
