About Kasey Truman

Kasey Truman is a born and raised Florida girl who has lived and visited all over the state before settling into her hometown of Bradenton, FL, where her wife is proud to be a 5th generation resident. Throughout her time living in Bradenton, she has worked in downtown Sarasota becoming a local expert in both cities before expanding her knowledge into Lakewood Ranch, St Pete and the Venice/North Port areas.

Kasey considers herself a renaissance woman. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelors in Television Production and pursued a career as a television producer for 10 years. She switched gears and became a Firefighter/EMT for the City of St Petersburg while craft bartending at Boca in downtown Sarasota for 5 years. Amidst of all of these careers, she pursued real estate as an agent and advisor for the City of Sarasota. Her goals in real estate are to not only represent buyers working with the Sunshine State Company but to maintain longevity with managing multiple rental properties and investments and to help others do the same.

From her many careers and all of the wonderful people Kasey has met, from multi-millionaires in real estate to taking care of the homeless on the streets as a firefighter, Kasey considers herself an expert in customer service and communication. She loves to learn about her client’s backgrounds and how they ended up deciding to move to Florida. She also loves to negotiate and establish relationships with other real estate professionals.
