  • Solera: A family-centric, amenity-heavy neighborhood by DR Horton with around 135 lots left. Ideal for first-time homebuyers.


  • Crestwind: This active adult 55+ community by Coulter still has about a year and a half’s worth of sales left, with a variety of single-family homes.

  • Calusa Country Club by Lennar: This 1,900-home golf community will feature an 18-hole championship course and a 12-hole executive course. Set to begin construction in early 2025, it will include a variety of housing styles, from condos to single-family homes, each with social or golf memberships.


  • Palm Grove by Neal Communities: Located north of State Road 64, this 1,300-home community will include townhomes, villas, and single-family homes. A variety of floor plans are offered, with great amenities like two pools, a fitness center, and a dog park.


  • Waterbury Park by Neal Signature Homes: This exclusive neighborhood features only 21 semi-custom homes on spacious lots. Located at the southwestern corner of Masters Avenue and Bourneside, Waterbury Park is ideal for buyers seeking privacy and a custom feel, without community amenities.


  • Saddlestone at Star Farms by DR Horton: Expected to launch VIP sales in the summer of 2025, Saddlestone will offer 500 homes with larger garages, catering to RV and collectible car owners. This community may feature separate amenities to accommodate its future residents.
