North River Ranch is a master-planned community led by the builder Neal Communities in Parrish, Florida. Located northeast of downtown Sarasota, Parrish offers a suburban feel, just 14 miles inland. North River Ranch includes six residential communities, with Brightwood now sold out. Builders like Neal, Cardel, David Weekly, Homes by WestBay, and Pulte provide variety, while master-planned amenities such as biking trails, schools, and multiple amenity centers create a true mini-city within a city.
Palmera is part of the new master-planned development of Wellen Park, located strategically between Southern Venice, Northern Englewood, and Western North Port. Palmera offers a variety of home styles and builders, including David Weekly, ICI, MI, M/I, and Neal. Sea Flower takes us coastal, situated on a historic flower farm 3.2 miles from the beach. Located in the coastal Bradenton area, this community offers over 4,000 residential units along with hotel, office, and commercial spaces. Builders such as Cardel, David Weekly, Pulte, and MI are part of this development. Amenities include lakes, a village square, and a design that mimics a coastal town feel, making it a rare master-planned option on the coast.
Del Webb Sun Chase, a 55+ community by Pulte, is set in Parish, Florida. Located in North Englewood near Wellen Park, Esplanade at Wellen Park by Taylor Morrison will feature about 877 homes ranging from condos to single-family homes. With amenities like a Bahama bar, a large clubhouse, and access to nearby beaches and golf courses, this community provides a highly desirable lifestyle option for those who love the Esplanade brand in a new southern location.
In Parish, Costera by Taylor Morrison introduces a mix of communities: Esplanade at Costera, The Cove, and The Palms. This 1,700-lot master plan offers various living options within each sub-community, along with unique amenities like a Bahama bar and on-site restaurant. This is set to be a flagship project in the Parish area, providing several choices within one large community.
Oakfield, located on Buckeye Road in Parish, spans 1,900 acres with 4,000 single-family homes across two divisions: Oakfield Lakes and Oakfield Trails. Builders like DR Horton, Syntex, and Starlight contribute to affordability, while amenities include resort-style pools, pickleball courts, and green spaces. This community offers both affordable and luxurious options.
Rye Ranch, situated in Parish at the southeast corner of Rutland and Rye Roads, is a 3,500-home community that combines affordability and luxury. Developed by Lennar and potentially joined by the Coulter Group, Rye Ranch will offer multiple amenities centers and a future elementary school, making it a well-rounded choice for new construction.
Waterbury Park is located in the heart of Lakewood Ranch, between University Parkway and State Road 70. This boutique, high-end community by Neal Signature offers just 21 homes, providing an exclusive feel with close proximity to downtown Lakewood Ranch and Waterside. With 3,000 to 4,000 square-foot homes in a semi-custom format, Waterbury Park offers luxury living in a highly desirable location.
